Instructor Renewal

Instructors are required to renew their AHA Instructor Certification every two years. American Heart Association now has separate BLS and Heartsaver Instructor Certifications. You will need to have the 2025 Training Materials for each discipline that you are renewing.

*Note: There is No extra cost to renew both Heartsaver and BLS at the same time.

Instructors are required to teach a minimum of 4 classes within the 2 years (not, 4 students, 4 classes) and give each student a book in order to renew.

Renewal for Current Instructor – $99 (Special $50)

Renewal for Expired Instructor – $250

Renewal for Expired 4-6 months $ 375

Once the renewal is paid, we will reach out to you about the next step to secure your new Instructor Card.

We will process your renewal in AHA and reach out to you with the next steps.
